Location, location, location!
Powys is a made up of the three ancient counties of Montgomeryshire, Radnorshire and Brecknock, and covers some 2000 square miles, from the edge of Snowdonia in the North to the Swansea Valley in the South. Good road and rail links make it an easy place to get to: the dynamic capital city of Cardiff and its international airport is easily reached, the English border is on your doorstep and the coast could not be easier to get to. All-in-all, Powys is a prime location for anyone looking for that blend of professional challenge and a lifestyle to enjoy.
